Recent book journey:

Principles of Economics (Ammous): it was…ok. A little ranty at times. Imo Bitcoin and Fiat Standard were much better, but still worth the read.

Born to Run: a classic, just finished, incredible story. Definitely read if a runner. Don’t fully buy in to the minimalist shoe/barefoot argument but still awesome book. Running is amazing.

Blood Meridian: heard it’s nuts, just started.

Broken Money (nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a): next on deck, can’t wait.

Any other suggestions for books? (Any genre)

I’m also working through Broken Money- incredible! I decoyed to read born to run, got it for my birthday.

Also recently listened to The Mindful Athlete by George Mumford- really enjoyed his insights and storytelling.

The World for Sale by Blas and Farchy was fascinating to me- insights into the commodities / trading history and business.

🤘🏼amazing thanks for the recs!! Got them on the list!

Blood Meridian... it is different. I really liked it!

Cormac McCarthy is incredible. Blood Meridian and The Road are intense. The border trilogy (All the pretty horses, etc) is my favorite. You get his writing style without as much psychological trauma

Didn't you just read Bitcoin is violence,? How was that?

Are you referring to Softwar (Lowery)? I read it! He makes some good points, I think it could be about 75% shorter of a book and still get the point across.

Yes I'm going to ask for it for Christmas.
