I couldn’t just be on the leave of absence forever. But I hope I left a great precedent to the people with whom I used to work that we shouldn’t sacrifice our freedom and let the communists dictate us what to do with our bodies !

Indeed. Also, payoffs for winning aren’t as big as you’d think. IANAL, but my understanding is you basically get whatever money you would have had if they didn’t fire you; taking another job that pays the same or more limits the liability of the wrongful termination.

I think US medical resident physicians who didn’t resign probably have the best cases. They can’t work as physicians in the US without completing training. Ever.

Yeah idk but everything what have happened with the stupid scam covid should lead to the consequences and those who are responsible should pay the price !
