nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm If I have GetAlby-Hub connected to my own LND node, GetAlby cannot see my transactions, can it? I wouldn't like that otherwise.

And where is the secure wallet connection string stored? Because on another computer, I was expecting to have to enter it again, but it loaded automatically (connect with GetAlby-Account). So is the NWC string stored somewhere in Alby's cloud?

We can see those that goes through your lightning address (correct me If I'm wrong here nostr:npub1xv8mzscll8vvy5rsdw7dcqtd2j268a6yupr6gzqh86f2ulhy9kkqmclk3x), but not those that go directly with your LND (so any NWC connection with your Hub)

I think, yes, that also makes sense. That would then also answer my questions.

As for the second question I don't fully get, can you explain exactly what you did?

NWC secrets are not stored in the cloud.

Ok, I don't mean the NWC string, I made a mistake. But the connection credentials to my personal LND node, where are these stored? With a self-hosted GetAlby hub.

Ok, these are on my self-hosted hub. Ok, I've realised that now that I've thought about it.

Everything in self-hosted Hub is local

each connected application has a its own NWC secret. You can edit permissions or delete them any time on the connection page.

The GetAlby account is nothing special and also just such a connection - which is created by default when linking the account.

If you keep the account linked then you see the transactions on the getalbycom dashboard, you get email notifications, etc.

You can unlink it any time, then alby does not get anything.
