Umm, seems difficult lol. Gov regs, embedded interests, AI data provenance issues, OSS maintenance, etc.

Palantir has pioneered something similar to what you're thinking with their Forward Deployed SWE concept. Albeit, with their own SW stack.

nostr reminded me of how i imagine palatir db being structured. like impl defines the context of the view into the underlying data.

Yeah! Their ontology product is an interesting concept. I think Reticulum can provide the native data security features they offer.
