I use a modded YouTube (uYou+) app on iOS, logged out no app tracking and somehow I get suggested videos based on my searches 😬🙃

uYouPlus is a great tweak. I can also recommend the YTMusicUltimate tweak for YT Music

I don’t that mod claims to prevent YouTube from using other clues, if you clear watch history entirely, it does clear videos they associated with that account effecting your recommendations, be it actually from you, or someone else who used that machine.
