Withdraw smaller purchases to self-custodial Lightning. Only loop out to on chain when it makes sense to do so with the fee environment.
My exchange doesn't do custody so I'm waiting it out but this could work if things don't get better soon..
Then swap lightning for on-chain to restore outbound liquidity.
