Your precious "earth/goddess/mpthernature" does not GAF about you. You were placed here to shape existence into a beautiful garden. Instead, you grovel at the feet of a god you've poorly cobbled together because you've abdicated your role. You are a grossly sychophantic loser who can't stand anyone else becoming more comfortable and living a better life than you and your false gods allow.
I have been collecting local data over the last 15 years, and my findings correlate with a warming climate. I don’t dispute the direction we are heading. But.
Are we meant to stay here on Earth forever? My thoughtful answer is no, we have the capacity to explore further, and that means constant experimentation and iteration, along with the risks these imply.
We will adapt to the new climate, or we won’t. But either outcome is fine. We were not here at the beginning, and we will not be here at the end, but curiosity must be fed. Even if curiosity ends up killing the cat.
