May I suggest an option to serve them?
We had a small batch courgettes (zucchini's), so we steamed them.
Make a dipping sauce, grate (yes grate) the flesh of two tomatoes into a bowl, grate a garlic clove as well, add a dash of red wine vinegar, some salt and pepper and good olive oil.
Mix well and then add the steam courgettes to the bowl, mix gently, then serve 💜
