You need to be more specific on the melons. Green or white?

Generally doesn't matter. I like cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon and all the weird varieties I can find at the farmers markets. I just like sweet juicy melons.
In general, I'm just a sucker for fruit, but lately, these last couple years I've been on a massive melon kick.
For me it's not a real summer lunch if I don't get to slice some juicy sweet melon in the end.
gotta be careful with combining melons with other foods tho, especially watermelon disagrees with most other kinds of food, best eaten alone, and then after an hour you can go for something else without any problems
