SL will have U.FL connector for the WiFi antenna. You could cut the case and connect something else else.
No lora on this iteration. As there are no modules with all WiFi/BT/lora, also Lora is a bit too low bandwidth.
Low bandwidth but long range. Its a trade off that has its place.
