Cast irons almost done seasoning. Was gonna do butter, fresh thyme and garlic. Thinking butter will be overkill. Simply gonna sear both sides and baste with residual grease

Oh M G….. it was too good to stop and take pictures. Extremely rich and flavorful from the thyme and garlic. So glad I didn’t use any butter.
