Oh, i ordered one that's OEM unlocked. Did i screw up?

Nope, you should be fine. It has to be unlocked in order to start, then you'll lock it again at the end.
That's what you want. Just make sure you use a really good cord to connect the phone to the computer when you install graphene. If you run into weird problems try a different cord. No one ever mentiones that but it's incredibly finicky about the cord.
I'll keep that in mind, thank you. Not something that i would think of when troubleshooting.
