Remove atleast 10 relays, 27 is way to much imho

I don’t think there’s a right or wrong number. I’m connected to 38 relays, I notice that depending on the client I will normally only have around 14 relays that are actually connected and certain relays work better on certain clients

What client are you using? I believe coracle and gossip have put more work into robust loading than others.
