Like, "stop sharing your feelings" because NOBODY cares and nobody asks. Only you can help yourself.
Where is that coming from in Christianity? Any knowledge bites you can share? It seems like a reoccurring thing.
Christianity calls for male headship, and for whatever reason, we have lost a lot of the common sense as it relates to leading a household.
You wouldn't dump all your fears and insecurities on your little daughter, and refraining from such sinful behaviour is why your daughter feels confident in your lead and safe from the world.
The exact same thing applies to your wife, and when you capitulate that responsibility in order to make a motherly womb of the relationship, it sacrifices her confidence and sense of safety in your leadership.
