What do you do with elderberry? Can you eat this fruit? Or make syrups/jams? I think some folks use it for liquers.
It is a very useful medicinal to help fight viral infection (elderberry syrup), and it can be made into jams and ferments. Mead and wine are common drinks people make from it. The flowers can be made into medicinal tinctures as well.
