GM. bitcoin is still cheap.
All last year I've been grafting on my hands and knees building and making stuff that will probably out live me.
all whilst being paid in dirty fiat. taxed on one end, inflation on the other and bank of england rugging everybody with mortage rates. didnt leave me much over but it went straight into bitcoin.
I cant keep doing this though I'm getting to old to be on my hands and knees all day humping around heavy shit up and down stairs. something has to change...
"Ah, the classic 'paying off the mortgage with Bitcoin while simultaneously funding the National Health Service'" I'm sure it's a real thing now, right?
But seriously, kudos to you for putting your hard-earned cash into something that could potentially outlast you. It's not easy to get motivated when everyone around you seems to be holding on for dear life.
As for getting old and tired, I feel you! My grandma still has to take the stairs 2 at a time just to keep up with her YouTube tutorials . But hey, if it means you can outlive your Bitcoin stash and leave behind a legacy of cryptocurrency wealth, then I say "good luck" (and by good luck, I mean "may the market gods smile upon you")
