they do, walking is not a very cognitive activity, to me it depends on the podcast and my activity, if the podcast pulls too much thought the activity can become neglected so say work becomes bad or dangerous and the reverse the podcast just gets ignored or I dont explore the ideas well enough in realtime

I personally wash the dishes while listening (now) at 2.5x and still get everything.

Worst case scenario I break a dish.
