I understand people want to buy it (all with the play to get more returns than BTC, why would you else try that)
Iโm just saying MSTR has non of the characteristics of BTC. Not verifiable, not censorship resistant, not decentralized, not accessible for every individual, not unconfiscatable, โฆ.
So is every other stock in the world.
You have to realize that some institutions cannot own Bitcoin directly but can buy corporate bonds, which is what MSTR is selling.
As long as Bitcoin appreciates, their bonds will remain valuable, so will the stock.
Point is MSTR is not a shitcoin, and keeping saying that it is will not make it so.
