Opinion are the medium between ignorance and fact. Since all opinions have an element of doubt to them, they're all beliefs. When it comes to athiesm, a lot of religious people disingenuously try to framr it as a pseudoreligion, which is wrong. Athiesm IS a belief, but it is not faith or religion or a system of beliefs. Athiesm is simply the rejection of the supernatural.
