The best argument isn't to be in denial it's to emphasize that Criminals use any tools at their disposal.

I've made this point too. Saying "only x% is used by criminals" will backfire if the number happens to increase. Besides, I won't concede even if the number is 50%.

It's much better to argue from the start that rights aren't forfeited by all simply because some are criminals.
