If being realistic, with point 5 there is an issue if merchant uses custodial solutions to accept Bitcoin - most (if not all) of them involve AML and sometimes even KYC.

Unfortunately, custodial gateways are pretty common.

Good point to consider. Affects both 5/ and 7/

I think here in El Salvador I have never encountered this as a problem. E.g. in a department store i pay to a terminal using LN the same way i pay in cash. I don't see how it could be blocked.
