Eat some good fatty food before bed and drink a litre of water, you'll wake up in the night to pee but you'll be peeing out much of the toxins. This usually works for me 👍🏻
I try to not drink for 2-3 hours before bed, maybe that's the problem i'm dehydrated during the morning.
I hate waking up at night to pee ugh.. 😅
Stop drinking alcohol a few days before bed and drink as much water as you can stomache 👍🏻 I feel the same about getting up in the night to pee, but you need to accept it if you want to feel fresher in the morning 🤷🏻♂️😅
Yeah that is the problem, you probably gotta hydrate and just put up with waking up in the middle of the night
Start doing breathing meditation methods🧘♂️ like Wim Hof method (has an app) I do it every morning before I start the day.
No alarm, wake up to sun light.
