That quote is crazy out of context. Even just add the context of “Covenants don’t exist [on Bitcoin]” and the quote sounds much more reasonable.

I watched the whole clip, he speaks a lot of truth and makes some good points. I disagree with his opinion on the blocksize but overall very well thought out.
