If Nostr is gonna be the gateway to onboard more bitcoiner

Then nostr need to have public relay that can withstand millions of users.

Otherwise if paid relay is the only way then we have to orangepill first before we can purple pill

Can public relay withstand millions of users though? Won't it be too costly and not feasible for it to be free?

Smaller public servers that regularly delete notes and only keep a limited amount of connections at a time could probably solve this to an extent
