What frequency would a #hamradio nerd need to tune on their #sdr to hear your satellite transmissions?

#BlockstreamSatellite is 12ghz in north America. Rtl-sdr tops out at 1.7ghz. Any #hamradio nerds have an idea how I can listen to the signal on the cheap for curiosity other than buying their RX kit for my node?
