We do it on Stacker News, the link is in the post above. The post on Stacker News has all the details, but I believe there is not inbuilt translator yet and that post is also in Russian. This was originally meant to encourage discussion in the Russian community, however everyone is welcome to participate. I just think it won’t be as convenient for non-Russian-speakers. 😟
