i'm glad to see this stuff still exists - really good programs for fitness training that have tools to tailor your progression based on your current condition

https://www.300squats.com/

https://www.50pullups.com/

i've got these pinned in my browser and plan to soon™️ start applying them

i actually used them before, which is why i'm saying "glad they still exist" way back in like 2005 or so, as part of my attempt to enlist for the australian army, and they helped a lot, and yes, i at one point could do 100 push ups, 200 situps, and 20 pullups, and i forget how many, 100something squats

i know this stuff will help me feel a lot better also, because the muscle problems i developed as part of the kidney/diabetes/dehydration/potassium deficiency issues that led me to be half way crippled, that when you raise your upper level you dramatically reduce the symptoms because you simply don't have to work as hard relative to your peak to do everyday things

I am now at 45 pushups getting there

i just finally did the test... 11... https://www.100pushups.net/alternative-100-push-ups-programme/11-20-push-ups for my next two weeks

just gonna start one at a time, pushups have the biggest pay off in terms of looking better 😉 so i'll start there, maybe next week i'll add a second one, and do that every week until i'm doing situps, pushups, squats and pull-ups... i gotta find a place i can do pullups though, i really want to do those
