The license set is not an open source license. It closely resembles BSD 3 clause license with additional restrictions.

If you want to make the project open source you can remove clauses 4 and 5 and change the copyright holder to "Nostr Nests Developers" along with the year E.g. the line would be

Copyright (c) 2023 Nostr Nests Developers

This prevents a unilateral reassignment of license without consent of contributors.
