Everyone talks about the first million but it’s actually the first 100k that’s meaningful.

Believe it or not 100k-Million is fairly automatic. I don’t have any strong memories or feelings about going from 200k to 600k or whatever. Whereas I can tell you very clearly where every dollar of that first 100k came from.

Because I had to go out and earn it $1,000 at a time and every thousand represents some fucking shit I had to do, shit I had to take, shit I had to eat, shit I had to clean up for someone else. Shit was miserable. I remember everything. Nightmare fuel. I’ll never go back.

You gotta claw your way out, but once you do it gets easier. Success is almost guaranteed after a certain point.

Oh and one more thing, when it comes to all the shit along the way my only advice is this. If you’re gonna eat shit… don’t nibble.
