If you share workouts do you want to share just the workout generality, or how you specifically did on it?

Do you want to share a description of it is a well, maybe a note with the workout?

For instance:

If I post that I finished Murph, the Nostr content would show my workout, and how long it took me and maybe a description of the workout. A client could then use json embedded in a tag to import the workout to a native format that can be manipulated by a user of the client.

Would some of the users like to respond in threads for the workout with words, or just emoji? I think words would be a better option, for more specific encouragement, and eventually add zapping.

Expanding more, trainers could use Nostr to provide training services to other users, transactions could occur for payment if desired, in the same way we already do that on traditional kind 1 note clients.

Just thinking out loud…

I cant believe I found this note, unengaged. any others see the immense value in this functionality?

Im an avid strava user and would imagine many would like to share, esp if it could be done in a way to mimimize providing location info and other doxxable items #asknostr

I’ve never used strava or really any other social fitness app because they all want some crazy subscription or whatever and I have no idea what data they collect.

Feedback or ideas are super welcome. This is a side project of mine, and when I get some time I’ll stick the entire codebase up as open source. I think the fitness community would use something like it, but as a one-person hobby project it’s slow and rough!
