Routinely up at 6AM now without even trying. “Not a morning person” for me really meant that circadian rhythm was disrupted!

And do you like it? Feel good about it?

Feels like I got a lot more productive time back especially before noon. Before I was up from midnight to 2am or 3am just trying to fall asleep.

Mornings are a lot more productive!

Wish I knew that before

I guess it depends on what kind of work you’re doing! I’ve heard Jack Kruse say some very interesting things about creativity being enhanced in a late night, sleep-deprived state 😂
