you see we underperforme extremely
and the low of the bear in this cycle
should be between 130 k and 300 k
so even when we shoot to 200 k this year
the bear will be very mild !
and at the end of this cycle we should
be at 400k to 600k, which would be 04-2028
this is consistent with "stock to flow" metric
