Eyeglasses, dental implants, genetic deformities, cancer, the laryngeal nerve, the anus being right next to the sex organs... that's just off the top of my head, and I could go on but I think I've made my point.

The human body isn't a perfect design, it's not even a very good design.

As for the concept of being here by accident, the point is we're here, how you determine purpose is up to you.
