Is strike unique in it's limited offering of free 24 hr time framed trx's? Or was Bitcoin designed with free transaction capabilities as long as it isn't priority?

Nothing is free, bitcoin was not designed for miners to mine for free.

They get a block reward and the fees of all transactions in that block.

Well it is free when choosing 24 hr service with Strike. So, I think you answered my question indirectly.

It’s not free.

Strike works on lightning, the fees are minimal, but is not free.

If you want to move those sats to main chain, you’ll have to pay an on chain fee.

I see what you're saying though, strike themselves didn't charge any sats but I'll be deducted otw by the miners
