Better yet. Don't use ziplock bags or microwaves.

What can you use for freezing? The article suggested glass jars but clearly you can't freeze that.

You can use the type of jars that don’t neck down at the top apparently.

Freezing things in plastic is much more acceptable because the plastic molecules are much more stable at room temp or lower.

currently microplastic maxxing, i will now make sure to microwave every meal with double ziploc bags, while chewing on a polly pocket
