Lots of strange transactions, especially those splitting off into hundreds of wallets and then merging again right away, with astronomical fees…

Those that have equal numbers of sats for each wallet are the mysterious ones, why would anyone do that?

Miner wars? Purposely bumping up average fees for some reason?
