it's not boring, it has become very dumb ... and yes, there is still good stuff too, but just because there is one last healthy tree in rainforest, doesn't mean that the forest still works ... nostr (at it's best) can be an oasis of joy in all this rotten shit

What I mean is the technology that is “the internet” is boring. It is so commonplace today that nobody cares if you talk about “the internet.” It’s the things you can do on it and with it that people care about: sharing photos, keeping in touch with each other, working remotely, etc.
