Your metric is so vague, and obscure, if you mean things that origated in America in the past then that cuts off a lot of things out but if you means things still currently bring produced in America there's not really much you can cut since China produces most things nowadays.

Sorry, that’s just your opinion. There are other alternatives. It is not childish to stand up for what you believe in. You would be surprised at what you cut. I am opting for European products. Supporting those on my doorstep.

If you want go support local, and domestic production by all means go ahead but specifically calling out America is childish when other countries in the current era manufacture drastically more stuff than us.
