Depends tbh, some folks let them turn red and pick them too š¤·āāļøšš«
If they are 3-4 inches and green they are good to go. Or like the comments above said wait till they are red. Iād pick a ton and they will probably set more flowers.
i just went for it after someone else told me the same thing...about more will just grow š
