That sounds like an accusation based on nothing. The most likely outcome is a shitty system. We know how badly government works and of the shitty systems in place. No amount of cheating is going to change the electoral results at this point. Losing the popular vote? Sure? That seems to be the norm though. Trump lost the popular vote last time. Having that happen again would not change anything, so cheating seems to not accomplish anything. Which is why I believe it's a failure of the system. That makes the most sense to me.
