Thinking of putting a bounty for a “NostrOpTech”-like newsletter.

One or two ppl who are very technical and can keep track of what’s going on in Nostr development to keep community/industry inform.

Maybe should be a grant of a funding source is organized.

There is absolutely no-one who can keep up with all aspects of nostr development right now. But that's no reason to try! There is the Nostrovia podcast but I'm not sure if it's techical enough for what you are looking for.
