I haven't been on Twitter in forever.

Can someone explain the difference between zaps and tips, if any?

Looks like you can still exchange bitcoin with tips.

Yes, ZAP are based on unstoppable money sent on a protocol that cannot be censored.

TIPS on twitter are backed by fiat money and KYC and everything can be censored.
