Not a fan of dude.

But is it just me or does the inclusion of 'low-rate mortgage' in the title make it seem like author of article is salty their mortgage rate isn't that low.

“and a brokerage account”. Depending on the survey, half of Americans over 30 have one. Except perhaps the author. 😬😀

Well I think they were keying in on 'Millions' in the brokerage acct.

But yeah their phrasing is just weird.
