Kindof. But I want to decorate the feed. On insta you post pictures and that's how it's set up. On Nostr you post all kinds of things, memes, photos, AI generated stuff etc.

And that's my point. I don't. Nostr is not my photostream. It's my all social media stream. That's why I'm aiming for a more advanced solution here to incorporate the Instagram part, not to make nostr into Instagram.
