Is it the default BlueWallet Lightning service?
I believe it is.
I consistently had problems with the default lndhub.io and after importing wallets from my node, Alby, and LN.tips and removing the default wallets I never had any issues.

Not sure what the issue is but I always had problems with their default Lightning service. If you like the BlueWallet app interface, try linking a different Lightning wallet to it. I use it linked to LN.tips and never have issues with it.
