Agreed, there's simply nothing to regret. The reality of the modern tech ecosystem is that much of the "conveniences" we're told we need simply aren't convenient. Having a phone that tracks me everywhere I go and listens to everything I say doesn't help me one bit.
I was seated at a park bench with a neighbor a few days ago. We were having a conversation. His phone (google assistant) unintentionally kept interrupting asking him to repeat his prompts.
It took me about a minute to close out the Convo and walk away.
