Big pharma doesn't profit from healthy people

I suspect many modern conveniences are bathing us in carcinogens. What if our clothes, food, water, drinks, medicine, air, rf waves from wifi, bluetooth, and cell towers, electromagnetic fields from electronics, pesticides, lights, computer screens, plastic, cars, soap, cleaning supplies, paint, vehicle exhaust, petroleum products, and household furnishings had carcinogens or caused cancer? Hypothetically, that would make it difficult to study with controls.
