After 2h and a screen recording #Binance's CS agent finally got back to me stating that "....I have been informed that users from EEA region is not able to use the Lightning network for deposits."

Can anyone from the EU confirm this please? This was a weird support chat session. I'd love independent confirmation. No mention of LN not being supported for EU customers anywhere on Binance's site.

I'm going to turn this onto a thread. After being told by Binance that LN is not available for customers in the EU, two friends living in the EU sent me these screenshots.

Binance concluded with "EU region" was a mistake. Everyone can LN minus Spain (allegedly). I left it at that, moved some LTC instead and with this /thread.

One way of wasting half your day... 🤣
