Wait if Nostr is decentralised how are there verified check marks? Who gives them out? The original people who made the code or is it per client, the person who owns the client does it?

There are multiple ways to do it. The client can give one. You can buy one. Or you can make your own by coding it

Dang interesting. Is there anyway I can read more about each of these? How can you just code yourself one it you are on someone else’s instance? Intrigued lol
