its not. it also isnt America. Musk said back before he took over Twitter that the company should stop deciding what is appropriate speech and what isnt. Instead Twitter should just follow the law of the land.
To me..this makes total sense when ppl and countries can sue a company that owns a network and can be held accountable as such. This of course doesnt follow in decentralized systems like Nostr where you cant really find a target for the network itslef because it doesn't exist.
Look... we might not like that thst Twitter is centralized and under the sole influence of one entity, but we have to admit that Elon changed the trajetory from again as into towards free speech for normies out there. And that is an enormous thing. I mean

I get where you are coming from. Give the world political scene to unfold a bit more. It may change your opinion. I didnt see it because I didnt use Twitter before I strictly went there because Elon took over. I admire Elon in certain stuff but I also see how he lacks in other. My personal opinion is that they are all in this together and its all a parade for us the sheep's to calm down. To much stuff is going on for us to stay blind and glorify Musk while he is monopolising as all of them... im just one of those people who you cant sell something if its nicely packed with a cute ribbon on it. I dont trust any of them. In my humble opinion. π€π
